What to Expect

At Palm Beach Eyelid Experts, we are committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and highly personalized care. During your initial consultation, Dr. Rubin will listen to your concerns, review your medical and eye-health history, and perform a detailed evaluation.

He will explain his findings, discuss the treatment options that may be appropriate, and work with you to develop a plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our priority is for you to leave your consultation with a clear understanding of your condition and confidence in the recommended next steps.

To ensure that every procedure receives the time and attention it deserves, surgical treatments—including minor procedures—are scheduled separately during a dedicated surgical appointment.

Patient Forms

New-patient forms are available by contacting our office at office@eyelidexperts.com. Completing your forms before your appointment can help make your check-in process more efficient.

Medical Insurance

Dr. Rubin participates with Medicare, and our practice welcomes patients with all types of insurance as well as those choosing to pay directly for their care.

Although we may not participate with every commercial insurance plan, this does not prevent you from scheduling a consultation or receiving treatment with Dr. Rubin. Our team will review the financial details with you in advance so that you can make an informed decision without unexpected costs.

Patients with out-of-network benefits may be eligible for reimbursement directly from their insurance company. Because coverage varies by plan, we encourage you to contact your insurer to ask about your out-of-network benefits and any referral or authorization requirements.

Dr. Rubin was referred to me by three different people, my regular eye doctor in Hobe Sound, a friend who went to him for a procedure and also from a plastic surgeon in West Palm Beach… all three highly recommended him. I saw Dr. Rubin to have a chalazia removed from my eye lid. He also suggested that l think about having dry eye treatments, but that insurance does not cover the treatments.  I have been undergoing the treatments since December, (they are almost finished. ) My dry eye syndrome feels like it is gone . I no longer wake up with burry  eyesight reaching for eye drops.  The treatments have made a huge difference! Dr. Rubin and his staff are fantastic. Office visits are a pleasure, the office environment is friendly, knowledgeable and supportive . I highly recommend this practice.
